How to use the BEROAS Calculator?

  1. Enter your product selling price (the price you charge for your product) in the first field.
  2. Enter your product cost (including COGS, shipping, and fees) in the second field.
  3. Set your target BEROAS (the break-even ROAS you want to achieve) in the third field.
  4. The calculated BEROAS will update automatically, showing your current break-even ROAS.

What is BEROAS?

BEROAS stands for Break-even Return On Ad Spend. You might hear more about ROAS (Return On Ad Spend), which tells you how much revenue you make for every dollar spent on ads. But BEROAS is about profitability: it tells you the minimum ROAS you need to break even and not lose money on your campaigns.

Once you know your BEROAS, you know exactly what your marketing campaigns need to achieve to be profitable.

How is BEROAS calculated?

Calculating your break-even ROAS is simple. The formula is:

BEROAS = Selling Price divided by BECPA

BECPA (Break-even Cost Per Acquisition) is just your selling price minus your product cost:

BECPA = Selling Price - Product Cost
